Pricing FAQ
What is an active employee?
An employee is active when they can record or submit working time during the billing month.
Are former employees still billed?
No. Archived employees remain available for documentation and reporting without additional user fees.
Are administrators billed?
Two non-tracking administrator accounts are included free of charge. Administrators who also record working time count as active employees.
Can the number of employees change monthly?
Yes. Your invoice automatically reflects the number of active employees during the billing period.
Are prices shown including VAT?
No. All prices are net prices and exclude statutory VAT.
Is the software legally compliant?
The software supports working-time documentation, approval workflows and payroll preparation. The employer remains responsible for company-specific legal configuration, internal policies and final payroll review.

DATEV-compatible exports are included. Final payroll processing and validation remain the customer’s responsibility.
Can we host the software ourselves?
Self-hosted and dedicated deployment options are available through the Enterprise plan.
